Requires no fasteners for mounting, and is easily relocated or transferred to storage when not in use. Base is fully adjustable from 17-1/2" to 27-1/2" in height and swivels at any position. TB-1321 Model - Adjustable, gas piston operated. Permanent below deck installation. Fully adjustable from 12" - 28" in height.
